STABO CONTRACT FOR 2022

The company STABO has become an authorized service license and dealer of DAF Trucks and TATRA in Slovakia.

Stabo has many years of experience in the sale and service of trucks and is one of the most modern DAF and TATRA sales and service centers, with all standards for sales, warranty and post-warranty service, repairs, and sale of spare parts.

We are pleased to renew a support contract with the largest DAF dealer in Slovakia.

STABO decided to extend our cooperation and sign the contract for 2022.

Our objective remains the same. Provide excellent support, professional services, and expertise in the field virtually.

STABO and TAXAPA partnerships since 2010.

New Member in our TEAM

Hi, my name is Katarína.

I am a new member of the TAXAPA team. Let me introduce myself. My hometown is Zilina, but I have been living in Bratislava for eleven years.

I studied economics at the secondary school, Human resources, and personnel management at the university.

During my professional career, I worked for various companies. I gained most of my experience as a sales support in Slovnaft a.s. and as an economic assistant in Doprastav a.s. My responsibility was arranging the whole process of agreed sales and running the economic department of the construction site.

Walking in nature and exploring new places with my family and friends are my favorite activities. I am interested in books, mainly crime stories, report literature, and children’s literature.

I started working for TAXAPA in October. My responsibility will be the administration’s and project support (Project Management Office/PMO).

I am looking forward to new experiences and team cooperation on the current and planned projects.

Holiday Season

During the summer season, we joined camping activities and we were a part of VTOP *Vychodosloveký Tábor Ochrancov Prírody http://www.vstop.sk/.

It was a great time, relaxing with family without access to modern technologies and focusing on the most important asset, our family and friends.

We, in TAXAPA, want to hold the right balance between the workload and personal life for all our employees. We believe that happy employees are equal to happy customers.

MoSCoW

The MoSCoW prioritization technique is our recommended way to prioritize acceptance criteria, product changes, or quality criteria in managing projects.

It is a precise, straightforward and effective tool to interact with stakeholders about what is guaranteed to be delivered by a project.

MoSCoW stands for:

Must have (essential and critical for the business)
Should have (important, but not critical for the business)
Could have (useful, but not critical for business)
Won’t have (out of scope, but important to record)

For us in TAXAPA, the MoSCoW technique is preferable assistance in defining scope tolerances, supporting the Prince2® principle

PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management, and will give you the fundamental skills you need to become a successful project manager.

PRINCE2® is completely scalable, and the most recent update to the framework means it can be more easily tailored to each project you undertake. It is a process-based method for effective project management.

Structured project management is ordering the project into defined steps to make it logical and organised. PRINCE2® is the written description of this approach.

We in TAXAPA are keen to apply the PRINCE2® methodology for project management. PRINCE2® fits our company’s opinion of how to manage IT projects precisely.

We recently completed training and certification of the newest PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation and Practitioner successfully, and we want to do it further.

For instance, we always consider six aspects (Scope, Plan, Risk, Quality, Benefits, and Cost) with reasonable tolerances to decide the right path to go. On the other hand, Prince2® principles and themes assist in establishing the project tools and company benchmark.

We are constantly:

looking at the suitable business case,
learning from experience,
establishing project team and responsibilities,
cutting the projects to manageable stages and plan them properly,
providing project tolerances and fitting project controls,
managing projects product with a focus on the best quality,
tailoring projects according to the size,
people involved, and environment.

With PRINCE2®, we found the appropriate tools for managing risk, controlling changes, and communicating effectively.
