There is a clear functional parallel between resource capacity and time-clocking in Dealer Management Systems. The one who could connect “dots” and integrate a Scheduling System with Time Management win it all. I understand resource planning in a workshop is not only about the capacity allocation (Resource Management), but mostly about how effectively DMS can track the work progress (Time Management part).
