Every quarter, our team at TaXaPa comes together for an internal workshop that gives us the space to slow down, reflect on our progress, and explore new ways to improve our services and workflows. These regular sessions have become an integral part of our company culture – a space where experience, ideas, and curiosity meet.

Our most recent gathering, held in early April, focused on reflecting on the past quarter and planning the next steps. We discussed the challenges we face in our projects and explored how we can collaborate more effectively – both across teams and with our clients.

Events like these consistently remind us that open knowledge-sharing and mutual support are key to long-term success.
