We in TAXAPA are keen to apply our tailored way of the PRINCE2® methodology for project management. PRINCE2® fits our company’s opinion of how to manage IT projects precisely. We have recently expanded our methodology portfolio with another, the PRINCE2 Agile® method.

We completed training and certification of the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation and Practitioner successfully!  

PRINCE2 Agile® is an excellent warm-up to agile. Suppose you are already using PRINCE2® in your organization. In that case, PRINCE2 Agile® is a perfect way to start introducing agile techniques without pulling everything out and starting from scratch.  

PRINCE2® is helpful and focuses on higher management levels. On the other hand, Agile focuses on lower-level terms. It means “Delivery”. PRINCE2® is a predictive approach, while Agile is more adaptive to creating the right solution for customers.  

PRINCE2 Agile® will enable us to assist our customers with complex projects where precise project management is required in an agile context.
