At the end of 2021, TaXaPa succeeded with a signing contract for the State Veterinary and Food Administration of the Slovak Republic/ Štátna veterinárna a potravinová správa Slovenskej Republiky (ŠVPS SR).   

Our experts will provide project management (PM+PMO) in two critical projects in the digitalization era of ŠVPS SR. We will apply our tailored way of Prince2® Methodology to bring best practice, proven methodology, and market expertise to the board. Currently, the project is about to start with the realization phase according to the plan.    

ŠVPS SR is a budgetary organization with nationwide operations, incorporated into the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic. ŠVPS SR is a quality control organization for plant products and animal products subject to a typical market organization.   

Briefly to both projects:  

The DATA project deals with data digitalization, consolidation, and management of the comprehensive data set, register, list of the entire public administration of ŠVPS SR.   

On the other hand, the eGOV project will bring ŠVPS SR modern digital tools, applications, and interfaces to make their DATA available, up-to-date, and of good quality for all parties involved.    

Both projects target the same outcomes, to make ŠVPS SR modern, digital, and closer to the public.
